provides a one year parts and labour warranty on
hardware except consumable parts (such as lamp, ink
cartridge and Scanner Pad Assy) from the date which the
equipment was invoiced. This warranty does not cover the
call charges and delivery costs associated with
replacing faulty hardware.
Imaging Technology cannot be liable for incidental or
consequential damage arising from the sale or use of
goods supplied by Imaging Technology. Such damages
include, but not limited to, costs of removal and
reinstallation of goods, costs of testing, loss of
goodwill, lost of profit, or loss of use .
Where the the product is acquired for the purpose of
business use(subject to Fair Trading Act) then the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall
not apply.All prices exclude freight & GST and are subject to change without
